“We stayed here for graduation weekend! Great location, walkable to downtown and campus. Very clean and perfect for the occasion. A couple recommendations for the accommodations-a lamp for the bedside tables, a full length mirror somewhere in the house, a couple more chairs in the living area for sitting, a couch that wasn’t so low to the ground and a couple chairs on the front porch to enjoy outdoors when nice. But would definitely stay here again when we are in town!”

“This townhome was absolutely perfect for UofI graduation in May! The location was 2 blocks from commencement making it ideal for every type of event associated with the university. The accommodations included every detail possible - tastefully decorated, a roomy main level kitchen/living area for entertaining (including serving pieces of perfection!). The rooftop included a grill and fire table to allow us to enjoy the outdoors and an awesome view of the area. Thank you for making graduation...

“My family was looking for a place to hide out from fireworks and let the pups swim!! The house was just what we needed. We heard a few fireworks mainly off in the distance so the pups weren’t overly bothered by them. The two bigger dogs loved playing in the pond and going for rides on my paddle board and the littles got to enjoy all the new smells! We didn’t catch any fish but we tried. Overall a perfect place to hideaway. ”

“Came to Iowa City with friends and family to visit our daughter at the University and see a football game. We could not have picked a better place. First the communication with the host was great. So easy to check in and not a lot asked for check out. Very clean. Everything looks new. Lot of inside space and a awesome fenced in back yard. Nice quiet neighborhood. And the location was perfect. Short drive to the campus and football stadium. Even a grocery store at the end of the street....
