“Property was clean which is what's most important to me. Had a hard time sleeping with the a/c unit being right next to the bed since it's loud. Only one in the apartment so only the area around it was cool. Shower is a make shift one so the pressure us low but it still did the job. There is a large gap under the front door frame but luckily nothing came up under it that i know of. It's a decent place for the price. ”

“The original house we booked had AC problems so without any hesitation, we were given another option free of charge and everything went perfectly. Water pressure in the house needs some work but besides that, the place was amazing!! Will definitely book through Lando again ”

“Loved staying here for the second time! This sweet home is very clean and lovely. Staying at this home instead of a hotel afforded us room for our daughters to dress for graduation. “Property was wonderful. They were able to stay parked at property and walk to the stadium so they didn't have any to deal with any conjested traffic. My brother/sis-in-law from Dallas Tx loved that they could walk the quiet neighbor in the afternoon. “This cottage is so sweet, nostalgic, and cozy! It was reminiscent of my grandmother’s home in rural SC, but with all the modern conveniences. Rachel truly has thought of everything and has provided nice lighting/lamps, pillows, coffee, curtains, and has even placed charging stations bedside. The parking area at the house is sizable, plus the neighborhood is nice for walking too. We are thankful we could stay here!”

“We had a travel volleyball tournament at VSU. The location of this property allowed us to take a break in between games and come to house and get a little more comfortable for a minute. Saved a ton of money cooking in. Had plenty of room for family. Backyard was nice for coffee.”

“We only spent one night as we were enroute home but would have loved to linger longer in this cozy home with a wonderful porch and patio in a beautiful setting on a small lake serenaded by grease, frogs and other wildlife. Highly recommended! ”

Only deducted a star because property was advertised with a dishwasher but it was not functional. Ice maker in fridge was not working, and the stovetop had seen heavy, heavy use. “What a fantastic stay! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and just a short drive into town for food and shopping. The lot is well kept and very spacious! Beautifully decorated. Lots of room to spread out and for larger families not to feel so on top of each other. The kitchen was very well stocked - I was impressed with all they have to offer! Pool was cold (mid may)- but kids don't care! So many places outside to sit and enjoy. Great and fast communication with owners/property manager....
