“The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night. We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore. One thing that was confusing is the check in—you need to fill out a form online with your personal details before check in. Upon arrival, press “Leasing Office” on the door pad to call the front desk to be let in. We arrived at night and were confused...

“Nidia, and the property, continue to be a favorite of mine. The location is perfect (easily accessible to DC), and a fabulous apartment all around. Spotlessly clean, well appointed, and beautiful grounds to enjoy. Nidia is a perfect host, ensuring that we had everything we needed, and checking in to ensure that our stay was perfect. For those who want a space close to DC that includes an incredibly peaceful environment, this is your spot!”

“Apartment was beautiful and roomy. Communication from Host was excellent. Always answered quickly and had great ideas. Finding the key was tricky but only took us a few minutes. All in all would stay there again on a return trip. ”

“Excellent place to stay. Exactly as advertised n very clean. Alphonse messaged during the stay to ensure we had all that we needed and went above n beyond as a host leaving us a bottle of champagne n a card for our anniversary. Would stay again if ever in the area. ”

“Very nice clean property in the basement of a beautiful home in the woods. Was very comfortable. Plenty of space for all of us. Private entrance was nice. Small kitchen area was perfect for what we needed. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Was close enough to anything we wanted to see or do. Close to airport for travel. Very nice place to stay. Thank you!”

“Host emailed me information proactively a week or so ahead and then again a day or two ahead. Easy process and great house. ”

“Very cute bungalow. Responses to questions were fast. I appreciated its location and access to base. ”

“Attentive, kind host who went above and beyond to meet our needs without being intrusive. Beautifully decorated, clean home with lots more space inside than looks like outside. Nice backyard. Quiet neighborhood. 10 minute drive to metro. We had a great stay. ”

“The host was extremely gracious and made my mom dinner while we were out of town in New York for a couple of days during our stay. I had made other arrangements for her while we were away since my mom does not drive but the host went above and beyond. The walking trails around the property were wonderful, we walked 3 miles pretty much every morning that we were there around the wooded trails. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the view of the pond behind the house.”

"Det är andra gången vi bor här, det är perfekt för en rundresa där Washington DC ingår. En kort promenad i trevligt område till metrostationen och du har gratis parkering under din vistelse. Bra storlek på rum, rent och bra tv och wifi. Kylskåp och mikro. Skulle mikro saknas på ditt rum så finns en i det fd frukostrummet som nås 24/7. Tyvärr hade Econo Lodge som hotellkedja tagit bort frukosten, men hotellet serverade bagel, creme cheese, juice, frukt och kaffe. Kaffemaskinen är också tillgänglig 24/7. Bor du där flera dagar kan du själv komplettera frukosten i och med ditt kylskåp på rummet. Vi kommer säkert tillbaks!"

"Vi checkade in på kvällen, då kändes hotellet lite tveksamt. Ingen personal hade arbetskläder på sig och informationen vi fick var minimal. Men dagen därpå fick vi en bättre bild av hotellet och allt kändes bra. Typisk Best Western frukost som var väldigt bra. Fanns olika varma rätter varje dag. Våfflor, frukt, bröd, flingor. Poolen vsr fantastisk! Den var ren och det fanns alltid lediga solstolar. Enda negativa är att poolen öppnar kl 12 på dagen. Rummet med king säng och bäddasoffa bar hyfsat rymligt. Bra kyl med frysfack. Parkering precis utanför rummet. Kändes som ett säkert område och relativt tyst. Många affärer och restauranger i närheten."

"After a long flight from Europe landing late at night it was nice to only have a short transfer bus to the hotel - make sure you go to the right place at the airport to catch the bus, and notice there are 2 Hyatt hotels so you take the right one. Check in was quick and easy - nice big room, it was like a small apartment, very nice if you stay for a while. Breakfast was basic but had all I wanted, nice do-it-youself waffle iron. Didn´t like plastic knife/fork...but thats about all what I have to critisize about ..nice hotel for the money, only a short walk from the trainstation to take us directly downtown Washington. "
