“The house was beautiful and very clean. Sitting in the screened in porch was so relaxing and the view of the lake was breathtaking. We used the fire pit and enjoyed the evening breeze from the water. We used the kayaks and had so much fun. We didn’t want to leave. Such a beautiful experience. I’m ready to move to the lake. “A few things could make this a perfect place to stay. The house is in a great location on the lake. However, several of the dishes in the kitchen were grimy/sticky and there were no shower curtain liners so the shower curtains had mold on them.”

“We loved the wooded setting and small lake. Our cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor fire pit/grill was perfect - we grilled steaks and veggies. The shower was very nice - great water pressure and plenty of hot water. We would have liked the refrigerator to be colder. And, if anyone has any mobility and/or balance issues, the steps may be a bit of a challenge to navigate. Our exterior steps were a bit steep and there is a big step to the lower bed and the bathroom. ...

“The outdoor living is spectacular, with a very large pool (I swam laps daily), outdoor fire pit, putting green and large sitting areas. And having three separate units on property was great for privacy and noise... especially with two young kids there. The location is as good as it gets for the village. We used the outdoor screened-in porch frequently for meals and shelter when it rained. We would definitely use it again if we have a large group returning to Pinehurst. ”
