“We loved the home and the island. Would absolutely come again and stay. Barbara, the Property Manager, was incredibly helpful with getting us initial groceries, answering questions, lining up taxi, etc... We flew in on Caicos Express from Provo and took the Ferry back. Both are very easy. Have nothing but good things to say about the house. If you are looking for a spacious house away from the crowds this would be an excellent choice.”

“Totally impressed with the property and the location! Beautiful property, well maintained and complete with all amenities. The beach is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen and for the most part void of other visitors. At times, it felt like we were the only people on that end of the island. “A great place! Close to the beautiful beach and restaurants. Ariel is the best host ever! Friendly, welcoming and helpful. Make sure you go on the catamaran-trip he can book for you. It's the best!!! Coffee and muffins by the pool every morning is great (except for my diet.....) Great with a full kitchen, but we didn't use it much (just for quick lunch) because of the high grocery-prices. “The property itself was very nice. The accommodations meaning the rooms sitting areas were fantastic. The beach was very accessible very close and very clean. What we didn’t like was we didn’t the transportation options. Every cab ride was at least 25 bucks even for less than a mile. The supermarkets were very expensive but other than that it was fantastic.”

“My son and I had a lovely time here for his birthday. I was initially disappointed because the property was listed as oceanfront but it definitely was not. It was however right down the street from Smith’s Reef where we had the best snorkeling experience of our lives. Communication with Michael was seamless and he was a pleasure. The condo was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. Will stay again whenever we make it back to Turks and Caicos! ”

“I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. ”
