“When we entered the property, the door had no latch and we were worried of any forced break in. The whole studio room had urine smell all over. The bathroom had leakages on the ceiling and water from above was dripping below. The towel had a stench as well. We requested to be transferred to another room. “This apartment is beyond disgusting. Upon entry there was a broken table, disgustingly stained ironing board, dirt on the chairs, mould growing on the sink and in the shower, stained curtains. The adult pool was not open. The electrics for some of the light sockets were broken, this is a health hazard, hotels.com should not be advertising this unit as it is a hazard. Shame on the owners and property management.”

“Had everything we need for a great holiday. Paradigm mall is just next door. Food and shopping are amazing with plenty of choices. Really enjoyed the apartment. Spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. Pool was awesome and private. Not to mention how huge it was. Gym was well stocked and had everything you need to burn those extra calories. Only small qualm was the shower head was positioned in a tight spot when it should be in the middle. Overall...

“Lovely apartment but very stuffy and hot in the corridors. Tv didn't work at all. Had a few cockroaches had to kill. Beds comfy good air conditioning easy access to a shops and transport. Swimming was nice unfortunately the sauna was never switched on but didn't need it as weather was so hot. Good communication with the owners if any problems. ”

“The property itself was good for us. Easy communication should there be a need to. Smooth check in and check out. Definitely a good one for a group of 5 pax. It's may be not a 5-star, trendy hotel/room but it fulfills the basic needs. ”
