“This is a great option for independent-minded travelers who want something clean and spacious near the university. There is not much in the way of front desk staff but they communicated smoothly about check in and check out. There is an excellent bakery downstairs on the premises. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils, etc. Tons of space. There is a bit of street noise as the property is at a busy intersection, so bring your earplugs just in case. Overall, good value.”

“Overall, the house was great. Small added touches of coffee, hot chocolate, creamer and small "forgetful items" in the bathrooms was very considerate.The lake "toys" provided enjoyment for the entire family, regardless of age. Kayak was nice and lake was calm making it use very enjoyable. ** we did lose one oar with black end, it floated until we got to it, then sank. Also lost orange ball but replaced it with red one.The large deck in the rear of the house allowed for entire group to sit and...

“Very well appointed and maintained house with lots of amenities. Spacious and plenty of natural light. Very nice deck. A few points to note: Bathroom door and floor boards creak. Using the bathroom or kitchen at night disturbs others. Property is on a busy road near train tracks. Noisy traffic and trains! ”

“We were in town for a baseball tournament. Had two families (5 people, 3 people). The basement was perfect for one family and the upstairs was perfect for the larger family. The property was clean. Good communication with the owner. Everything we needed was there including garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable too!”

"A hotel with normal standard but excellent staff and service. Our daughter has celiac, gluten intolerant, and the staff went out and bought proper breakfast for her. They are very service minded. The girl, Tannya in the reception worked many shifts, we could see that she was very tired. But every time we wanted something or ask something, she smiled like a sun and was extremely service minded. Ravi was the guy that we talked to about the gluten-free breakfast, and he (they) got it for our daughter and really made her day and stay. Strongly recommended."
