“After a long day of travel, my wife and I were looking forward to spending some time in the woods, under the stars. However, the entire bus was filthy,(except for the sheets) the place smelled awful...smoky, musty and like the whole barn had lived in it at some point. It was muggy and quite honestly, kinda seemed like a place you might come away with bedbugs or maybe even lice...nothing was mowed or weed whacked, the hammock was moldy and there was dirty dishes sitting on the table outside...

“Really enjoyed our stay at this quaint little cottage on Claytor Lake. It was very well equipped with everything you could need. The town was really close and Thee Draper Village was enjoyable. Make sure to visit Spinning Jenny Vineyard for the tasty wine and beautiful views. This was a girls trip but I will definitely plan another with the family. The host responded quickly to all my questions.”

“This is our third stay and we will be back again. The cabin is so cozy. We walked in and the fire place was going and little xmas trees on both sides. Kitchen has lots of extras pots and pans, and spices. Also, flavors to add to coffee. Cabin is very clean and neat. Watch your head with the spiraling stair case going upstairs. Home owner is wonderful and easy to work with . ”
