“I needed a place to stay for a work conference. Stay here is about 10 min from downtown. I was able to quickly pick up food from the many restaurants in the area. There is even a Krogers. Owner responded quickly to my internet problem and was attentive. Check in and Checkout was easy. No keys.This is the first place I'll check for availability the next time i need to stay in Charleston. ”

“My daughters and I stayed at this quaint cabin for our Mothman trip. We woke up to cows mooing and beautiful views. I sat with my coffee watching the wildlife before we hopped in the kayaks and paddled around the pond. We ended our days with a chorus of frogs. About 20 min to Gallipolis and 35 to Point Pleasant, WV. Cabin is nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. Host is easy to talk with if anything comes up. Nothing did. ”

“We were in town attending a memorial for a local family member. The first floor rental was the perfect spot for our family. We had two other members of the family that were able to rent the second floor. We were able to see both rental units. Clean and what wonderful local art and history!The area was nice and quiet, the home charming. It was exactly what was needed, made us feel at home. We would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Also check out the MothMan Museum. ”

"We have traveled a lot and we have visited a lot of countries. In USA if you don’t book the top hotels with 4-5 stars it’s usually very worn down and quite dirty. This hotel is very fresh, quite new but also very well cleaned. All the girls that worked at the check in were great and had big smiles. Room was super fresh. Obviously it’s not a luxury hotel but for the standard it’s actually the best one we have stayed in so far."
