“Clean linens and towels, spaceous room and secured parking. Convenient location for shopping , restaurants and subway/ train station close by.
Cups an dishes and pots not cleaned ( one of the reasons is the lime in the water but staff should re wash items and dry them right away to avoid lime deposit). One of the washroom cupboard door handle was missing. A bit inconvenient. Parking is across from street ( some other building's parking with entry code) but we were not advised in advance that...

“Overall clean, new or renovated apartment, comfortable bed/pillows, nicely decorated room, nice bathroom. A cool bathroom mirror. No screens on the windows so we couldn't keep it open and enjoy the cool breeze from the attic because bugs were coming in. Hard to figure out wifi password. The main challenge we faced was we didn't get the check-in details in time. I had to message the host 3 times before they gave any check-in info, which by the way was to *call* their local number... “The property was as advertised, and it really is close to Gants Hill tube station which made getting to the Olympic Stadium really easy.
Varun was on hand to greet us and give us check in details for getting into the property. He had also left some items so we could have a breafast in the morning (although we only realised this after going to the local shop - but that's on us for not reading the info pack :) )
The property was clean and tidy, and it was great to be able to park there...
