“the accommodation needs a lot of attention. Whilst this is located centrally on the island and within walking distance to beach and pub the cleanliness of the accomodation was 4/10.
For the amount of money you pay you would expect the place to be in a better condition, however, we find this with a lot of the houses on Stradbroke Island, the attention to detail is not there, big cobwebs everywhere, broken slates, missing remote controllers to air con units, sand everywhere.”

“Well located but pricey for what it offered.
Managed by local real estate office who gave unhelpful advice like BYO toilet paper, teabags and salt and pepper- all these were in fact provided but added to unnecessary costs and hassles in terms of what we needed to bring to the island.”
