“Även denna gång var Cooper Hotel ett perfekt val. Rummen är stora,rena och bekväma. Gymmet och träningsmöjligheterna är fantastiska, gymmet öppnar 05 på morgonen med olika pass under dagens lopp. Personalen är mycket serviceinriktad och trevlig och hotellområdet med omgivande parkområde är lugnt och välskött. Frukosten av kontinental karaktär är bra med amerikanska mått.”

“Great view of the city! Very comfortable beds, clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for communication was I did not receive my check in instructions an hour before like they said. I had to call them but it was handled very promptly. It was noisy due to interstate traffic but they have noise machines in each bedroom. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great stay. Instructions were clear which made everything easy. Would recommend.”

“Location is quite nice, 15 min walk from tram. It is very noisy in the surroundings. Both permanent residents and hotel guests use the building. Our neighbour had a party both our nights with loud music all night so we got zero sleep.. Upon arrival we found nails, hair and several bugs inside the apartment which wasn’t nice. Also we found private belongings and dirty laundry from pervious guests. Other than this the apartment was nice and I can recommend eating at Maples restaurant near by....

“I was super excited to rent this place until I got there I had issues with my code but customer service was great n helpful zero complaints about that... The apartment doesn't get cleaned properly I found an airport tag from June under my nightstand zero Internet n couldn't watch anything on the TV in the living room the area was ok really close to lots of things n activities.... Food crumbs in the master bedroom nightstand water leaking in the master bathroom looks like they just go do beds not...

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to this area of Dallas. Was in town for a conference and standard hotel rooms were 4x the cost while I enjoyed an entire condo to myself. The place felt like home and the owner was incredibly hospitable leading up to and throughout my stay. Response times for any questions were almost immediate and anything I needed was attended to right away. I will be staying here every year forward when I come to town for this same...

“Was just as advertised - so spatious and nice! Loved that the kitchen was fully equipt with all cuttlery and plateware, and that the showers had shampoo and conditioner and soap. Perfect stay! ”

“The pictures are all accurate! House is beautiful. The doc and on the water is beautiful! We had a great time. The house will hold ten people! The Owner Jessica is very kind and very responsive from the day I booked the home until after the stay to say Thank you. House was clean. ”

"Hotellet är lite gammalt och slitet men har allt man behöver. Sängarna och kuddarna är jättesköna. Det finns kaffemaskin med kaffekapslar, AC, kylskåp och mircovågsugn. All personal är trevliga. Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt och nära till allt. Området utanför är en hel del hemlösa som driver omkring. Ingen har dock stört oss. "
