“We loved staying here! There are 2 houses on the property, the main house with multiple units, and the house we stayed in that was completely separate and had 3 bedrooms. There was a common courtyard area with multiple seating areas and it has an artistic vibe. At night the lighting in the courtyard is beautiful. The house was clean and had everything you need for a stay. The whole property is fenced and gated including the parking which was great as well. The neighborhood was a nice...

“Had a great time at this property. We did not spend that much time inside due to it being a great location in the heart of the French Quarter. We were able to hang out late and easily walk back when needed. The host was very welcoming and invested in our stay. Would highly recommend if you plan on partying on Bourbon St. or the French Quarter!”

“I found the room I had originally booked to be very, very dark, and also not set up very well, ie, the arrangement of furniture made it hard to move around. Plus, the lock really needs fixing, as it might take me 5-10 tries to open it at night -- not very pleasant. They were most gracious in offering me a different room, which I loved: brighter, the lock worked well, and there was room for my small suitcase plus room to move around. So I am very grateful, and I ended up having a great time. ...

“The location was just right not too close not too far. We walked everywhere. Felt safe in all the neighborhoods. Loved the washer and dryer availability. Spent some time on the rooftop. We were right next to the freeway but couldn’t hear it inside. The only thing we missed was another chair in the room, that would have been nice. Checkout was a breeze and the extra amenities in the lobby were great. We didn’t partake in any of shots that were in the lobby but it was a great setup. Would do it...

“Everything about the experience and the space itself was exactly as sold. And this is the perfect little nook, between the Quarter and Garden District. You can walk to all sorts of great NOLA sights. And the WWII Museum is a must-do, and only 10 mins on foot.Also, the customer service for this listing was fantastic. “Great location and set up. Booked to stay with my team for a conference, and we were only a short walk from the show. The only note would be the street noise that you should take into consideration if you're a light sleeper. The noise is not a ding on the owners since it's out of their control, and they provide sound machines in the rooms, which were a huge help. ”

“Highly recommend this place and property management company. Everything was spot on with what we expected and perfect for what we were in town for. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and appeared to be newly renovated. Unfortunately the weather didn't treat us quite as good while we were in with a cold front, however, even though it got colder than expected, we still made it work. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for everything!”

"Super mysigt hotel med fräscha nya rum. OBS dyr parkering som inte ingår (om man har bil). Vi kollade aldrig in lilla poolen på insidan. Hotellet är super nära bourbon street och det mesta som Cafe du Monde etc. Vi var nöjda! "

"Great and nice security people. Bad cleaning 3 out of 4 days (towels looked dirty, half made bed, old plastic cup left on table etc). Tried to tip extra to get better cleaning, but no. When we did not tip, the cleaning was good, so probably we tipped wrong person. Tried breakfast in the bar, but waiting time was long and the serving was stopped in the kitchen at the same time we got to order. Interior in public areas are beautiful. Pool area nice, but really cold water. Good location. "

Budget but close

"Okey location, close to Canal street/Bourbon street. Trams and buses outside the hotel. We recommend Frenchman street much better unless you are 21 and just wanna drink and party. The food along Canal street is not great and overpriced, like most in tourist areas. The breakfast at Sonesta hotel was okey, a couple of veggies and it would be better. The bed was really good! No pressure in the shower unless you turned it all the way up to the hottest, burning! No housekeeping unless you stayed at least 7 nights, new towels where available at the front desk. Laundry room was 4 dollar per machine and wash. "
