“I was overall happy with my stay at the Fairmont FKL, with one very important exception (listed under cons below). Pros: Close to the gondola, has a nice spa and decent gym. Mostly friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Okay level of cleanliness. Cons: Rooms do NOT look like they do in the hotel photos, they are dated and in need of a renovation. “This was our 2nd stay at the property and enjoy the cabin. Its perfect for two people and the cabin is clean.”

“We enjoyed staying here! The house is cute and quirky. I felt like I was in Ron Weasley’s house on Harry Potter! It was a quick walk to town to all of our favorite shops/restaurants. I would stay here again! ”

Lovely

"Great room and it all worked well. It was a bit unusual not to have a personal check in, but they had a good solution for it. The joint bathroom was good, although it felt like there were many rooms to that one bathroom. The stairs up was a challenge with suitcases and a poor back. The room itself was lovely and beautifully arranged. Loved it!"
