“Our family had such a great time at this Urbandale home! The location made it easy to get to downtown Des Moines and but the neighborhood was peaceful. The game room was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults, too!)—we spent hours playing together. The kitchen was well stocked, which made meal times simple, and the bathrooms had everything we needed and were v@clean. It really felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches. ”

“Our family had a very nice time at this property! We were able to spend quality time together with one another and friends. The house was clean and well maintained. We had an odd issue that was out of the control of the owner. But he responded quickly and offered possible alternatives to help us. We would highly recommend!!”

“wonderful location. I had reserved this for my son‘s wedding guest. He’s an Eagle Scout and I thought the nature around would be awesome. I would highly recommend this property, especially because the location right near the lake is awesome.”

“My family and I stayed here while visiting De Moines for the Iowa State Fair. House was wonderful - clean, off street parking, easy check in and out and amazing price. We would stay here again!”

“Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!”

“Lovely property with a nice back yard and a great front porch. Beds are comfortable and owners are responsive. Kitchen is well set up with new appliances. We used all four bedrooms and the sofa bed in the game room - all were great. Highly recommended - will hopefully visit again next time we're in Des Moines.”

“This was the perfect stay for family traveling in from around the US. Easy location for multiple airport trips, space for everyone to eat together, and large comfortable bedrooms. The play space for the 3 year old was more than perfect, with toys and books! We would stay here again. Thank you!”
