“This is the best experience we’ve ever had, both with the host and the property! The house is beautiful. The pictures online do not do it justice! The beds are super comfy. There were plenty of snacks and almost every amenity you could think of. Everything was super clean. The host was very quick to respond and was super accommodating to all of our requests! The beds were super comfortable, and there were multiple TVs so everyone could watch different games at once. “We had a great stay. The house is comfortable and in a great location. There wasn’t a pack and play available for our daughter to sleep in but we were able to borrow one from a friend. “Host forgot about my reservation and did not leave key to house so there was no access. It took almost 2 hours for host to even respond to messages. Host was not even local so no way to get a key even if they responded immediately. Host refused to refund whole amount..only cleaning fees.. which was ridiculous. I recommend staying at places that have a keycode lock on the door for convenient access on future stays. I don't recommend using this place after the way I was treated. ”
