“We had a great time at the cabin! It was the perfect escape from the city. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin had everything we needed. We also tried to use the canoe but the padlock is stuck, it might be rusted/need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect!”

“Nicely done tiny home. Owners are very timely in their communication. Clean. Recommend going downtown Kingston for a walk on Rail trail, seeing the lighthouse, and eating outside at one of the many restaurants. We ate at Savona Trattoria, which was delicious. Boat tour of Hudson River looked wonderful but we didn’t have the time to do it. Would stay again! ”

“The process was easy. Owner was responsive. The place was clean and well stocked. Charming decor and relaxing outdoor spaces. Perfect for a weekend retreat. We enjoyed time on the deck which we like to say had “treehouse vibes” and in the spa. Loved walking up the road with the dog to see the views of the reservoir. ”

“We had a fantastic few days at Bellavista with a large group of friends. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, the peace and quiet and secluded nature of the property, the space and the facilities. The garden was extremely enjoyable with the swimming pool, the fire pit and so much more! Thank you!We hope we will be able to come back again soon and really recommend this property.”

“This cozy, beautifully decorated and organized cottage had everything I needed for my short term rental with my dog Sophie. It was spotless, probably one of the cleanest homes I’ve seen, and provided a comfortable stay with a well equipped kitchen, WiFi TV and AC. The cottage is close to other homes, but it’s a peaceful and quiet area. The few neighbors I encountered were very friendly. I would definitely return to this lovely home.”

“We had a great vacation at this house - it was spacious and clean. There was plenty of space for kids and adults to enjoy themselves. It felt like we had our own retreat while also being close enough to town for small hikes and a trip to get ice cream. With two families we each had our own part of the house and we used the extra building for our grandfather to have a quiet place for himself. The pool was a delight and we enjoyed an evening around the firepit. After the kids were in bed the...
