“Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan. There is only 1 bathroom which is on the 1st floor with the sleeping quarters primarily on the 2nd floor. If you are older then not having a bathroom within a few steps of your...

“I had a last minute family emergency and needed a place to stay, quick! This Caroga Lake location was available and it worked out wonderfully. The location was great and the size was perfect. Communication with the host was wonderful. I accidentally locked myself out (whoops 😂) and the issue was resolved within a reasonable time. Would definitely stay here again”

“Super impressed with the suite and hosts attention to deal. Didn't want for anything. She replied to every message immediately and even checked on us during our, stay. If I ever had a reason to be in the area, I would stay here again. Renters this is the country, and hosts don't usually stay at their own property. So, it's up to you to bring a fan or sound machine. Nice kitchenette and there are restaurants, but you will have to drive a bit. Laundry mat not far and everyone was very nice....

“As advertised but even better! We stayed here for a Cooperstown tournament. 3 adults. Our son also spent a night and loved it. If you are staying for baseball do make sure you check if your tournament is actually in Cooperstown cause ours was in Oneota. This made the drive longer (about 50 minutes instead of 30) Didn't matter to us because the place itself was so unique and cool. It was clean and cozy. The caboose was awesome. While there is not a bathroom in the caboose it is not a big...

“Excellent space for our group of 9. We each had our own room which was comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet rural setting.”

“This place was on point for 7 different families to stay for a few days, while our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The lake access was so much fun for us parents to wind down after long hot days at the park. Highly recommend if you are close with some of the families on your team. ”
