“Great property!! We had a private pool, hot tub, little eating area outside with a hammock, and a small kitchen upstairs. The space was perfect for me and my friends for a weekend getaway. It’s close to several wineries as well. Andrew is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!! ”

“This was our 3rd year in a row staying at this lovely home and as always, we had a wonderful time! The property owner (Kate) is always very responsive and makes the whole process very easy and enjoyable. We spent lots of time enjoying the beach, eating seafood, relaxing at wineries, and enjoying all of the fresh fruits and vegetables from the many farm stands. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the North Fork and staying at this clean and cozy beach house. ”

“The house was great - clean, spacious, well-stocked and cozy. The pool was a great hit with my kids! The backyard area with the pool is secluded and quiet and we truly enjoyed our time. The beds were clean and comfy. The whole house has nice updates throughout. We walked the neighborhood and met some nice people and deer ) the drive to the Hamptons was only 45 minutes. The beaches around the house were nice and quiet and so were the restaurants. Overall amazing vacation, we would gladly come...

“This home and the location worked perfectly for us, a family with two small children. The comfortable home and fenced yard was a great base. Everything we needed was within close walking distance: a grocery store, beaches, downtown shops and restaurants, the Shelter Island Ferry, and even a local winery. We kept busy everyday and had a peaceful retreat when needed.”
