“Cabin was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff immediately responded at 7am when we called to reset the hot water heater. The Solo fire pit looked very tempting but we did not have the time to enjoy that. will be back!”

“What a very special place this is. Wilfred and Vida are truly brilliant hosts. When we arrived they sat with us and had a lovely chat about the house and the area, recommended places to eat and provided lots of local intelligence. Tea and coffee is served in the room at 8am followed by a very generous and delicious breakfast. The two of them are a totally charming couple with their great sense of humour, stories and kindness They could give lessons on what true hospitality should be. ”

“We spent a few days to attend a family wedding. We were 7 and the house was extremely comfortable for all of us. The house is 2 floors and there is no bathroom upstairs so keep that in mind when assigning sleeping arrangements. We found a well stocked welcome basket and a bottle of wine which were very much appreciated. The location is perfect as it is in the middle of wine country, less than 2 miles from the beach and near quaint little towns. We would definitely stay there again. ”
