“We had a nice stay at Casa Cabina. We loved the proximity to Kerr Lake and how cozy it was. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed and more. We also enjoyed sitting around the table on the back deck. ”

“We had a great stay. We had my 84 year old father and mother and three adult children and spouses and 2 adult grandkids with their spouses. The house was plenty big enough and the walk to the dock was nice and flat. We stayed in June during a massive heatwave in the upper 90s each day. We would like to come back in the fall. The kitchen was stocked with everthing imaginable and loads of china. My mother was so excited. We ate on different china for each meal. ”

“The view of the cove from the deck was great and a short walk to the deck and water. The cove was shallow but we were able to dock the pontoon. The house is a short boat ride to town. It felt like we were in the woods but actually in a neighborhood. I would stay there again. ”

Went to Lake Gaston Coffee, awesome scones and coffee. A very nice selection of wines for a coffee shop. Had dinner at Waterview in Littleton. Not far from house at all. Food was great. Right on the water and have music on select days. Rosemont winery is a must. We will be back. Our host was wonderful. Answered...

“This place was perfect. Our large group always struggles to find a place that works to sleep everyone and is separate enough so that when the babies are in bed the adults don't have to be silent. This house fits the bill. People on the top level cannot hear anything in the basement and vice versa. In addition the house was extremely well stocked. They thought of everything. We can't wait to come back next year. ”

“Quiet cottage in the woods, solar powered with a generator. Very peaceful and relaxing. Walk to the dock is fairly short. We brought a collapsible wagon, to tote chairs, cooler, and fishing rods , had no issues with the wagon on the trail. Highly recommend! If you are looking for peace and quiet and a place, this is your place! We will be back”

“The house was amazing! We loved being able to go down to a boat ramp 8 minutes away and bring our boat back to the dock of the house. I cannot brag on this stay enough. The only thing we would ever suggest adding is tie-ons for boats at the dock. We tied off to the surrounding trees. ”

“The house and property were amazing. The beds and linens were cozy. We felt very at home there. The kitchen, bathrooms and utility room were all more than adequately stocked. We brought groceries and cooked and ate at the house each day & night. We much enjoyed our time there. If you are looking for a place to go and do nothing but relax, sit on the dock, enjoy the hot tub and views, this is your place. “Great property. Owner was very accessible, knowledgeable and very nice. House and boat house were clean and in perfect condition. Our Grandkids said it was the best vacation house they had ever stayed in, lots of things to do. Pool table, corn hole, hot tub, kayaks and more.”
