“Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended ”

“We had an amazing, relaxing time at River Rock. We have always stayed on creeks, and the river was a nice change. The house had everything we needed and then some. Kids loved the ping pong table. Communication from Jessica was great. ”

“We spent a week at Thatcher Mill House and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Tammy Hass, our host, was very friendly, and the Thatcher Mill house was just as lovely as she was. She certainly thought of everything to make our stay at the house pleasant. “My husband and I were looking for a quiet get away. No Children and no WiFi....It was exactly what we needed! We loved the location! So remote but still close enough to town if you wanted some civilization. The cabin was clean and not only did we appreciate the attention to detail with all of the light fixtures but the artwork, deer heads and massive working fireplace were all just icing on the cake. "This was more an apartment than a hotel room so it had a kitchen and living room area. The hotel is in a perfect location and is very quirky. There are quite a lot of parking spaces on the streets around which cost 1,50 per hour until 6pm. Free parking from 6pm to 8 am. The only problem was that the aircon and the fridge were very noisy (but they could be switched off) The shower had bad water pressure as well. But overall a very good stay. "
