“The place was beautiful!! Great for a quick stay in my opinion. The only downer was no running water or bathroom in unit, the sink and toilet and shower seem to be community based so it is located separate to the apartment but close. The apartment is upstairs in a barn area so there are animal noises that you will hear, specifically the birds that have nested all around and in the barn. If you like sleeping in late, this might not be the best place due to high noise levels in the morning, but...

“While the location was a few miles from Pullman, the drive was pretty from Steptow Butte and the price very affordable. Note. Do not follow any Google route onto gravel or dirt roads, use the paved highway. The apartment is light and airy, with a full kitchen. The unit is on the second floor. The evening and morning cloud formations were really pretty. Very quiet and comfortable bed and sofa bed. Communication with Ethan was very easy and he was quick with responses. Thank you Ethan.”

“The second floor has absolutely no sound damping so you hear everything. The bed forced you to the center because it is so wore out. I normally don't complain but these issues are to tough to ignore. I found the room spotless and the gal I spoke with was excellent and helpful.”
