“The receptionist was lovely”

“ the room was a studio and as we were doing a mini-reunion, we were able to all sit comfortably. Small kitchen worked perfectly. The only downside was $11.00 a day for parking that we weren't warned about”

“Doors do not lock properly. Deadbolt is there, but does not bolt into anything. The doors were hung in a way that does not match up with the frame. Only the handle locks. Front desk personnel very nice (David?)”

“Had what we needed, not a lot more. Definitely some wear-and-tear, but we needed a relatively inexpensive place to house a bunch of people attending to a family situation and were grateful for the spot to land. Student apartment aesthetic clashed mightily with the heavy corporate communications (and requirement) up front, but I suppose you have to guard against raging parties in Pullman.”

“The Loft was awesome. There was great space for all of us. The place was thoughtfully appointed with everything a guest might possibly need. The owner was super responsive to any request. It was a great family experience. Highly recommend. ”

“We were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment more inviting than the photos would indicate. And its features--in the bathroom and kitchen--were state of the art. We loved the location and enjoyed meeting the owner, who was very helpful. It was a bit of a challenge taking luggage up 3 floors, but being above street level no doubt made it quieter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
