“This is a cute little chalet. It slept the four of us just fine. Just a couple of issues, baby mothes throughout, back burner is burnt out on stove, light bulb was burned out upstairs, and overall the decor feels dated except for the new sofa. Also, outdoor chairs were dirty and filled with spider webs.”

“Three Trails is ideally located in downtown Elkin. It, however, is located next to an active railroad line and trains do sound their horns early in the mornings and sometimes at night. Three Trails is also on the corner of the main street junction of the city. Therefore, there is street noise. Three Trails would be much improved, and more comfortable for guests, if sound proofing glass is installed in the windows. “We spent a long weekend in June and it was great. The host communicated with us as needed and answered all our questions. Check in was easy and fast. Parking was close. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The views!!!!!! We were a little worried about not having AC, but it was really cool outside at night and there were fans if we needed it. It was a total non-issue. We hope to stay there again. Loved it!”
