“Went to check-in. Didn't have my reservations. Waited 50 minutes before the error was rectified. Turned out main office at Kings Plantation never sent my reservation to the resort. The resort had to message someone due to the fact the main office only is open until 5:00. I had reserved a cottage. This was not a cottage it was more like a duplex. We could here the people next door. The stayed up late and got up early. So we had prolems sleeping. Pool was nice.”

“In general very nice. Perhaps it was a longtime ago since anyone rented the property because it was very dusty on all floors. The dust flew around with the A/C on so that could have been better. Otherwise the cottage very nice furnished, felt like a home. Sofa bed by the window in the livingroom should be expected more as an extra bed than a bed to really use for a longer vacation, a bit wind from the window and nothing nearby to put clothes in. “This unit was perfect, updated, clean, and comfortable. We have stayed at Kingsgate before, but this condo was the best so far! Kingsgate has many amenities which make it a great place for family fun. It is close to Busch Gardens & Water County. Conlonial Williamsburg is always worth visiting.”

“We’ve reserved the property months in advance and received a confirmation. When we went to check in to the property, the resort did not have a reservation. When I contacted the homeowner, I was told “yes, that is a problem. I’ve been meaning to talk to them about that.“ We ended up not being able to stay there and had to drive three hours home.”
