“The property was beautiful with activities and restraurants in walking distance. The staff was excellent and very helpful with getting you anything you need. The rooms were spacious and clean but they were dated. They didn't match the property at all. If you will not be spending alot of time in the room, then this may be prefect for you. There was access to the beach but the beach area was disappointing. I would stay here again just for the convenience of not needed a vehicle and the beautiful...

“The hotel is located right next to the Marriott. Although street parking may not be feasible if you park Valet with Marriott, currently it's $27. The location is walking distance to restaurants and for us, attending the festival was perfect. The location for beach and sunseekers is a plus. The room was comfortable and clean. We will return. was perfect. Sanrecommend to use the Valet Parking inarriott. Currently it's $27. ”

“Hotellet låg extremt långt utanför stan och det var jättesvårt och dyrt att ta sig runt OM man inte har bil. Stranden var inte alls bra utan man får ta sig ca 30 minuter med bil till en mycket bättre eller gå 15 minuter till en som var helt okej. Killen i receptionen var dock extremt hjälpsam och erbjöd väldigt god service så tack vara han blev inte våra nätter där så tokiga trots allt.”

“If you can go somewhere else, do it. Nobody works here. You are SOL if you need help. Our door was jammed multiple times and we couldn't get in. The parking lot is TINY & a huge liability if you're renting your car. They charged me hundreds extra when I paid for parking and an early check in. You can't get in touch with anybody. Don't waste your time here. Get a real hotel ”

“Had issues with the TV (not linked with the internet) & wanted me to go through settings and try to hook it up, eventually received new TV but took 2 days! The next day, came in from the beach to find the roof was leaking through the ceiling light. I tried to call the grounds but they shut their phone off and I had to go through Expedia to get any help. They were ignoring my text and phone calls. Eventually, when Expedia got in touch with them, the contacted me and moved me to another unit.”

“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“The location with the view was amazing. The morning sunrise was beautiful with the castle across the bay with a beautiful view. We missed the sunset but it was probably great from the back of our room. The quiet and private beach on the backside of our room was great. It has a good location away from things and close to the park down the street. The restaurant on the property was packed that night and made parking a challenge. It was overall a good stay.”
