â8 nĂ€tter pĂ„ detta hotell. Vi ville ha nĂ€ra till Disneys alla parker och alla lĂ„g 10-20 min bort. LĂ€tt att fĂ„ parkering nĂ€ra hotellrummet, gratis parkering stort plus! Rummen Ă€r lite gamla sĂ„klart men det fĂ„r man rĂ€kna med nĂ€r det Ă€r byggt pĂ„ 80-talet (?). Dock Ă€r en huskropp under renovering sĂ„ snart Ă€r sĂ€kert allt uppdaterat. Poolerna var omtyckta av barnen efter lĂ„nga dagar i parkerna. Man fĂ„r dock rĂ€kna med att ovĂ€der hindrar frĂ„n bad Ă€ven om det inte Ă€r direkt ovanför hotellet av...
âI had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail â from the complimentary toiletries to the fast Wi-Fi. The location was convenient, with great restaurants and attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!â
âThe look and feel of the hotel was great, but the front desk service was terrible. The lady at front desk did not show the slightest sign of a smile or warmth during our stay. Rock bottom service.â

Despite the cost, the experience was absolutely worth it. The hotel boasts an excellent restaurant with outstanding service, adding to the overall luxury of the stay.
As someone who travels frequently for both work and leisure, and with fairly high standards, I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels Iâve stayed at. If you are discerning and expect top-tier quality, Four Seasons Orlando will not disappoint."
"We arrived at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress at 12:20 AM after a long trip, expecting a seamless check-in for the VIP Suite we booked. Instead, we were given incorrect room information and ended up in a smaller room. After clarifying at reception, we found the room had only one bed for our family of four. Despite being told everything would be prepared, nothing was ready.
We were offered to rent a bed for $35 or use the sofa bed. Security eventually brought a pillow, blanket, and after over one and a half hour later nothing was solved, a rollaway bed came after significantly later. This delay and lack of preparation were unacceptable, especially after a long day of travel.
Considering the premium cost of the VIP Suite for a 6 person room, additional parking fees, and the overall inconvenience, this experience was far below expectations and negatively impacted our stay. We expect to have apology and compensation for this."

"The room had no complementary water and the price for buying water was ridiculously high. Overall, everything is very pricy in Lake Buena Vista. The hotel charged a fee for 10 USD for each packet received, and for what we wonder? They just received 5 minor packets from us and charged us 50 USD for us asking to get them."
