“The room we went into had bedbugs. There were no other rooms available and frankly we didn't want to stay anyway. The front guy staff was extremely sorry and tried to help us find another hotel. There were pest traps under the bed so I'm guessing this isn't the first time. I think the issue is with the upkeep. The hotel is only 8 years old but I would have guessed at least 20.”

“Die Zimmer sind vor nicht zu langer Zeit renoviert worden, auch das Bad mit beheiztem Spiegel. Liegt zwar an der waterton road, Zimmer sind aber sehr ruhig. Von dem geringen Verkehr nachts hört man nichts.”

“As this is an older motel we weren’t expecting much. Although it didn’t look like much from the outside we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room. The room was small but it was clean and had all the amenities you would expect to find in a newer hotel. The bed was obviously upgraded and comfortable. When we checked in the person at the front desk took the time to take us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. Restaurants are close by. All in all we had a pleasant stay....

“We stayed 3 nights. All 3 nights we used the pool… all 3 nights the same bottle of iced tea remained on a ledge by the pool entrance door, and the chairs in that same area were covered in dust - so clearly no one was cleaning that area. All 3 nights - no toilet paper or soap in the women’s bathroom at the pool. Only one shower at the pool worked as well. The buffet breakfast was subpar. If it’s a buffet that is from 7-11am, when I come in at 9:30, food should still be available. Instead, there...

“The air conditioning fan in my room was very loud and randomly kept stopping messing with my sleep at night. The toilet flush in my room didn't work properly and there was a used towel in the bathroom shower rack and they only provided us with 3 towels when there were 4 people staying. Breakfast options were very limited.”
