“The house & property were perfect for our visit to the Durango area. The views are spectacular any time of day from every room and the back deck was our coffee & cocktail spot for hours! The house felt like a home and has so much character. Super convenient location yet remote and very quiet. Would absolutely stay here again! Area hints: James Ranch burgers YUM, easy hikes at Haviland Lake or horse back rides, county road 250 through the river valley & of course the drive to Ouray & Ridgway...

“Stayed a few nights with spouse and doggo and could not ask for a better place to stay in Silverton. Walking distance to anywhere!! Accommodates a lot of people if you use all the beds (although a single bathroom may present a problem if too many people stay). We just stayed in one bed and truly enjoyed Silverton and our stay! If we return, we plan to stay here again!”

We were given access to the unit next door until the plumber could come and check it out. No issues after he looked at it. “The cabin was perfect for my spouse, 17 yo daughter and dog. I loved reading next to the river and having space for my dog to play. The garage door wall of the kitchen opened up the space more and was great having all the fresh air. Kitchen was just right, the bedrooms and beds comfy too! We came up for a wedding and to detress without the fuss and this was a perfect spot. Town was a couple minutes away. Thank you for sharing your space with us!”
