“The property itself was very nice and extremely clean, and the house had everything we needed. It’s also important to note that no English is spoken on site.However, our stay was significantly disrupted by continuous construction at the neighbouring property. We arrived on Good Friday, and by 8am on Easter Saturday we were woken by loud digging, machinery and heavy equipment. “Very charming home in a great location within the village. We visited during the coldest time of year so we didn’t get to enjoy the courtyard, however it definitely would have added to the charm of the property. The beds are on the hard side, very French, but the home was well equipped, which made cooking very easy. Would definitely return. ”

“Pros: The location and the facilities of the property. We were two families so the en suites for each bedroom were great and there was plenty of room for us to relax inside and to BBQ and eat outside. Would definitely recommend.
Cons: We were able to relax on the property and also use a base to visit the beautiful villages and riverside cafes/bars of the Dordogne. Being few minutes walk from the river, we were also able to canoe and enjoy a cold drink and ice cream in the cafe/bar.”
