“Gorgeous unique hotel, Japanese ryokan style with private onsen. Lovely helpful staff 😊”

“We recently stayed 3 nights at the Mimaru Shinsaibashi East. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Check in/check out was extremely friendly, the room was very roomy and comfy for the 3 of us, and the location is very good. The front desk staff were very approachable and engaging which makes a stay even more enjoyable. We were so lucky to have Zun at this hotel, as we had previously met him at another Mimaru, and he, along with the other staff made our stay very memorable. Mimaru makes...

“It was clean and comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Only machin in checking, no personal. No reception. Staff very helpful when you see them but you feel like you are disturbing becaus you have to ring a bell for them to come. Terrible breakfast. No coffee or water for breakfast. Frozen microwave food that is supposed to be heated. ”

“The room and the lobby felt quite depressive, however, it had everything you needed. The onsen was nice with shower heads from Refa, and it was nice that you could relax in massage chairs and eat complementary ice cream afterwards. The free laundry machines were nice add-ons, and the tumbler dried the clothes properly so it did not cost much. Location was good, a short walk to Dotonbori and the metro.”

Röster i korridoren hörs väl. Mycket sköna sängar.”

“Perfekt läge mitt i Dotonbori”

“Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Close to everything you need.”

“Great hotel, great location!”

“Mycket bra läge”
