“Michael greeted us warmly and showed us around but didn't give away all the surprises (so I won't, either). This place is full of whimsy and imaginative joy! Great for kids or just the young of spirit. We were so sad we were only staying for 1 night and are already planning when to return and stay longer. HIGHLY recommend staying here!”

“This home met our family's needs in terms of space and location. However, the property feels a bit dated, and we noticed it wasn't thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Thankfully, the host was excellent—highly accommodating, easy to reach, and very quick to respond to our messages.”

“The house was fine overall. There were just a few things that stood out - only 3 towels but we were 4, no baking sheet for the oven, lighting in the kitchen wasn’t great, couldn’t find the house or unit number and the lock box was hard to find. The main bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not.”

“The add states an entire home, this is a home with small bedrooms and a bathroom. I was under the impression by the description the entire home was ours without others on the property. I’d put that in the description I felt under comfortable with the men on the property. False advertising ”

“I had a great stay at this home! My bridesmaids and I stayed for a few nights leading up to my wedding day and we got ready there as well. It was a beautiful space and fit us all comfortably. The bathrooms were amazing and the parking was great as well!”

“It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable for the two of us. Darius was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.”

“The host was very accommodating and responsive. Great property in a great location, would stay again!”

“We used the property to get ready for my wedding and it was absolutely perfect for my big day. Great parking and plenty of room for everything we needed. The natural light and updated look made for perfect pictures. In a great part of town. A bit pricier than the other listings in the area, but well worth it for us. Fantastic communication as well.”

“Cottage was convenient to town just as we needed. We never saw the hosts although we had hoped to as the property was a family home and built by our great grandparents. The cottage is well appointed. It was too rainy while we were there to enjoy the back porch but it was very nice to spread out during our stay. Beds were comfy. We had trouble letting ourselves in upon arrival but it was really just us not following directions. Host responded immediately and he talked us through entering. ...

“Great neighborhood. Very clean and cozy home. ”

“The property was nice, Bathrooms were a little tight. No central air, but the bedrooms had window units, so sleeping was ok. could have used some more cooking utensils.overall we had a nice stay.”

“This is a beautiful home on a stunning property, equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. I only wish we had planned a longer stay, you won’t want to leave!”

“Overall a great stay and area for recently moving to Rhode Island! Thankful.”

“We traveled from Delaware to the area for our daughter's wedding. It was the perfect home for our group, with plenty of room to kick back and relax. The home is located in a quiet community a couple miles from town. The bedrooms were comfortable, there was good water pressure throughout the house. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a drip coffee maker and an espresso machine for your caffeine fix. The host was very responsive to questions we...

“Beautiful lake house. The dock with the kayaks and paddle boat made it so much fun for the kids. The dock isnt far from the house but there a decent hill down to it. Totally manageable for most people though. The open house concept kitchen area made it great for everyone to be together.”

“Property exceeded expectations, we had a wonderful time.”

“This is a very nice property in an excellent location for visiting Brown in downtown Providence. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable to suit our needs. I would highly recommend this property for a group visiting Brown university.”
