"We absolutely loved our three bedroom upstairs cottage area. Everything was clean, Chris left us little treats and drinks and it’s at a perfect location there. My wife and I hung out On the awesome column front porch and saw a walking path across the street and went to the beautiful lake over there. By far this was our best place to stay in our whole trip. The place had everything we needed and you could tell that the host took amazing care of the property. "The apartment is located in the downstairs of a split level house with family living upstairs. It was in a lovely quiet neighborhood, about 7 miles from downtown Ithaca. The entrance in the back of the house was easily accessed but if you have a family member with mobility issues this might be a problem. It was clean and there was a lovely welcome basket full of snacks, coffee pods and a bottle of wine. The single beds were fairly uncomfortable but the queen bed was fine. Furniture was dated...

"Branka is a thoughtful on-site host who has stocked her VRBO very nicely with lots of thoughtful extras like toiletries and a coffee station. The bed was really comfortable and the property was very quiet and extremely clean. Note that there are many steps down to the unit with no railing. Not a problem for those with good balance and no physical limitations. But perhaps challenging for some folks. We would stay here again!"
