Station House is a stunning, newly renovated, quality home with beautiful features throughout.
Ideally suited to family groups, or couples, bridal parties or groups attending weddings in the area.
The pool is available for guests from September through to end of April, the pool is not heated but great through the warmer months!
Small, house-trained pets are welcome outside - the property is enclosed and safe for pets.
Station House is perfectly located with direct access at the rear of the property to the Bellarine Rail Trail, great for a nice bike ride to Queenscliff! At the end of the street is the Drysdale train station where you can jump aboard the Q-Train - a dining experience on a train! There are also many great wineries to explore on the Bellarine Peninsula.
Station House is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property that can accommodate up to 9 guests. With open plan living plus formal dining, plus additional lounge room, guests will have an abundance of space to get comfy, spread out and relax! There is also an outside deck which overlooks the pool area, the pool is not heated and not available for guest use during winter. There is a large lawn area beyond this, ideal for the kids to play.

Please refer to house rules but here are a few important points: - you must be over the age of 25 to book this property - STRICTLY no hens/buck parties, schoolies, or parties of any type - This is a very quiet neighbourhood, we ask that guests do not use the outdoor area, including the pool after 9pm. - No smoking
We welcome small pets but we do ask that: - Pets are not allowed in the house. - Pets are not allowed in the pool area or in the pool. - Please clean up after your pets.
Guests have access to the whole property except for the garage. Parking is in the driveway only and suitable for at least two cars.
The pool is available from September through to end of April, the spa is no longer in use.
We are close by and available if you need anything at all, we prefer to give guests space, please reach out if you need us.
Access is via key lock box, code and other check in details will be provided the day before your stay. GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make a reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided. CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges may apply. Contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys. THIS PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY- the rear yard is fully enclosed; you must pick up after your pet. Maximum 2 dogs upon agreement only. Pets are welcome but must not go on beds or other furniture. Pets must not, under any circumstances be left inside the home unattended. You understand you are responsible for damages caused by your pet, including extra cleaning charges or for cleaners required to pick up dog poo from the yard. UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. HostyCo will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforeseen unavoidable circumstances. PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if we deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES. There should be no disturbance to neighbours at any time during your stay. LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen may incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee . YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $70 (or $100 after hours) call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required. Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the property. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. HostyCo is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
