“Great place to stay”

“communication with the host was very smooth and easy. Description was the house was accurate. Property is located in a peaceful corner and is family friendly. Had a great experience during my stay in this property. Highly recommend.”

“Great gated yard for the dogs to play in. House had everything we need. Well planned out layout, loved staying there for a few days, close to shops and coffee shops. Hosts were very supportive and was nice to have them check in and see if we had everything we needed.”

“This is a lovely clean cosy property walking distance to the main street of Ocean Grove and Coles. Takes about 15 minutes easy walk. There is a great coffee shop and bakery a few steps away from the house which was a bonus. You do need to drive to the beach. The house is very bright and the beds are amazing. Has a big smart TV and a cosy sofa to snuggle up and watch your favourite shows. Great yard very secure for kids and pets. Janell was very accommodating and great communication. We had...

“It was our second winter stay, total stay this winter 13 nights. Well positioned, spacious, family and pet friendly with private well fenced backyard and spacious undercover deck. Well described. Seamless check-in and check out, responsive and flexible host. We enjoyed our stay!!!Planing to return”

“The house was homely and comfortable with all the facilities needed. Good backyard and lovely little sunroom at the front. The host was helpful and friendly, and quickly responded to messages.Close to the beach and about 30 mins walk to the shops (which meant we got some good exercise going for a morning coffee). The walk was great along the beach path. The only issue for me was that one of the double beds was very firm so I struggled with sleeping but I acknowledge this is a personal preference.”

“So appreciated being able to take our pet with us. The house layout also worked beautifully for two families - one family in each wing of the house.”

“Excellent host, large house for many people. Note common rooms with beds are open to the kitchen/dining area. Use of the double garage was great and welcoming flowers were nice.”

“Fantastic place to stay! It’s our second time to stay cause we love it so much! Very pet friendly - secure, good-sized backyard for kids or pets! The property has everything you need - comfy beds, big front deck, BBQ. Excellent location, very close to the dog beach, and a short walk to Dawn Cafe. Very close to supermarket and a 20 min drive from a great wine region. Thanks for such a great stay! We’ll be back! ”

“Great location and lovely house!”

“rooms were clean, fences were great for pets every thing that you would need for a holiday”

“It was in a good location but I thought the room would have been better”

“Perfect in every way. Clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was clear and prompt every time. The property was walking distance to shops, cafes & restaurants and the beach. It was perfect for our small family & dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and I would definitely recommend staying at this property.”

“The property was excellent; our guests, ourselves and our dog were very comfortable. Everything was available that we needed to enjoy our stay. Comfortable beds with lovely crisp linen. As advertised the beach access was only a few metres from the house and the beach was only a short walk from there. Lots of stairs to reach the sand though!!! The local cafe was great with good coffee and great scrambled eggs!!!! A few small maintenance issues did not diminish our enjoyment of the...

“The house was lovely. Very clean, and in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Kerry was a very communicative host. We had a wonderful time.”

“A lovely home!”

“Overall we had a really enjoyable stay. The house, pool, spa and bbq were all great. The host communication was really clear ensuring a smooth check-in process.”

“Checked in (via coded lock), however the place has not been attended to since the last guests, so the beds were unmade, dirty towels in the floor and rubbish in the kitchen. Eventually got into the owner through messages who tried to book a cleaner and when unsuccessful tried to have Stayz find us somewhere else. Unfortunately Stayz were useless and didn't want to know about it. We ended up getting a refund and booked somewhere through an alternative provider which turned out to be...
