“Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed it so much! The Apartment was clean, fully furnished. Comunication with the team was easy and they all were extremly helpful and kind. We even got our room a bit before check in time. Mall is just accross the street! Really amazed and looking forward to come again. ”

“We had an amazing stay in this magical apartment. Sandip at Heaven Crest relay supported us during the stay and did all in his power to make things perfect. The apartment is 5 min walk from Dubai mall and we had a room with view of the ocean. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The gym was well equipped and the pool area had a fantastic view of Burj Kalifa”

Location was very central, literally part of the Dubai Mall.
Standard of the accommodation was very good.
Amenities were more than adequate
Out contact person, Mahmoud was obliging and a real gentleman. He helped us with our luggage, explained everything thoroughly and helped us get a taxi

"I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, everything felt warm, welcoming, and incredibly clean.
The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, always ready with a smile or assistance whenever needed. Their hospitality made a huge difference — you could tell they truly cared about the guests and took pride in creating a comfortable experience.
Another big plus was the location. It’s near everything — shops, restaurants, transport, and attractions — yet still peaceful and relatively quiet at night.
