âOne of the most amazing places we have every stayed! BUT, they close the pool at 7!? Cant geven get the full sunset, much less the epic city lights. Its perfect temperature at night during the summer. They really must change this policy l, as we chose this hotel largely based on that extact night swimming view/ experience. We were all very sad when we showed up to swim and were turned away. But seriously, otherwise the place it perfection đ â
âWe had a great experience, hotel is placed in a good place near to main city famous sightseeing area like Burj khalifa and Dubai mall. Nice room with nice and friendly staff that welcomed us in every moment. Room may be not a proper name I can name our suite had everything in terms of facilities, refrigerator, fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, kettle and⊠satisfied with everything.

âBeautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...

"The black taxi drivers keep pressuring you to take their taxi due to their repeated insistence. I didnât feel free to choose a taxi. The black taxi drivers stand at the hotel entrance and ask you to take their car â this happened to me several times, even though I didnât want to. I prefer to choose a taxi calmly and comfortably, without pressure or being forced to take a particular one.
