The check-in team was really helpful and supportive with all our needs Rooms : 2 nice large rooms with 1 ensuite bathroom (another room with separate bathroom but attached balcony) Kitchen has a separate balcony too and kitchen is fitted with all necessary kit (Crockery/kettle/toaster microwave dishwasher etc) Taxi's easily available outside the apartment building and plenty...

“This felt like a complete scam. I booked this apartment specifically for the Burj Khalifa view. Just one hour before check-in, they changed both the apartment and the building without informing us. The new unit had no Burj Khalifa view at all. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. What was advertised is not what we received. I would not recommend this property.”

“We had a great experience, hotel is placed in a good place near to main city famous sightseeing area like Burj khalifa and Dubai mall. Nice room with nice and friendly staff that welcomed us in every moment. The staff also at the front desk have a really hard job and it's apparent when they are tired....”
