Two bedroom House Marija with an amazing Old Town view

Recently renovated two bedroom house with a beautiful garden full of roses and other flowers and with an amazing view of Old Town of Dubrovnik. It's garden is perfect to enjoy dining outside or enjoying a glass of wine and reading your favorite book!

Old Town with a number of great restaurants, museums, places to visit, as well as 2 very nice beaches (beach Banje and Sulic) are all within 10 minutes walk.

House Marija consists of 2 bedrooms - one double bedroom and other that can either be set as double, or as a twin bedroom (please let us know your wished how to set it before arriving), living area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, terraces with a big stone table and gorgeous garden with another table and two sun loungers.

Amenities include: high speed WI-FI, Sat TV, Air-Con (both bedrooms), washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter coffee), fridge/freezer...

The property was beautiful. Grape vine trellis's covered much of the area with dappled shade. The view was astonishing, directly over Old Town. The setting was so nice, we actually spent one whole day at the VRBO just taking it all in. Two well stocked markets and a great restaurant; TaTa's was a short walk away. The apartment itself is very tidy, with a unique layout, which we loved.

Great location, host was nice and friendly. Highly recommend this for those that want space and to be close to old town. Great to have your own kitchen and the view was fantastic. Visited by a few local cats. For US travelers air conditioning doesn't exactly cool the entire space but bedrooms are nice and very comfortable.

The perfect place to stay if visting Dubrovnik. The apartment is very spacious, the bedrooms are big, much more spacious than the photos suggest. The garden area is beautiful with the most amazing view, it was perfect for relaxing after exploting the old city. The walk to the old city is a lot of stairs but it was ok for us. It was quiet and peaceful.

Great stay

To be honest, the stairs back-and-forth to old town took a toll on us for four days. We did use Uber at times to get back up the hill which was only 12. But the host, the place, and the views are spot on from the listing. No surprises there. We had a great time in Dubrovnik and the area is beautiful.

Amazing experience

My teenagers and I stayed at House Marija for a few days and explored Dubrovnik. The house is set in a great location. It boasts stunning views and is a 5 minute walk into the town but at the same time is very peaceful. My teenagers felt very at home! The owners go above and beyond to help you throughout your stay. Wonderful memories made that will stay with us forever, thank you.

Very cute cottage with beautiful view up on hillside.

Very cute cottage stay with a beautiful view. Our host wasn’t able to meet us but our taxi driver that the host arranged walked us all the way to unit which was a good thing. It was not easy to locate at first. Pack light there is lots of walking to and from everywhere. The walk down to Old Town is doable but it’s a ton of steps and can be steep. Not safe for kids or elderly. Walking back up is another story, if you are looking for a good work-out then yes take the steps. There are hundreds of steps. The cab ride from center of town back up close to the cottage is 17-20 Euro’s each time. The outdoor seating area is wonderful however you cannot leave food/crumbs inside or outside or the place will be infested with ants. The inside seating area is very limited and the TV area is really uncomfortable, super cute but not practical for more than two people. We loved the vibe and view of this place but was a little to far to go back and forth as freely as we would have liked.

Peace and quiet a short climb from Dubrovnik Old Town

This property is just one street down from a main road coming into Dubrovnik but you wouldn't know it. It was so peaceful, with a fantastic view from the terrace. Everything was as described and I don't think I've ever seen such a spotless bathroom in a rental property. Beds were comfy, and the hosts Maro/Vesna could not have been more helpful. They organised airport transfers and gave very clear instructions on how to access the property. One thing to note - To get to, and back from, the old town there are tons of steps so not for the faint of heart. But, the peace you get on the terrace is more than worth the climb!

Great location

I recently stayed at this quaint home offers amazing views, and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. It had all the basics I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent—just a short walk to Old Town, ferries, and hiking trails. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire experience even better. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Lovely view but lots of steps to reach it

Simple and nice little house with a beautiful view at the top of the hill but exhausting to get to from old town Dubrovnik, about 400 step stairs. Don’t recommend if you have anyone with you that’s older, disabled or just don’t love that kind of climb in the heat.

Perfect Stay

Thank you for providing the most perfect place for exploration of the stunning Old Town Dubrovnik. The house has a beautiful terrace where the view can be soaked in, comfortable beds and a kitchen providing all necessary items. It is a wonderful blend of modern and original and is very clean. The house is amazing. Exactly like the pictures. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The steps back from the town are hard work but Ubers are easy to book and cheap. The view from the garden must be the best view in Dubrovnik!

Great views of Old Town from this apartment!

We were only there for two nights, but the apartment would be ideal for longer. 10 minute walk to Old Town. Long hike up many stairs to get back. Definitely best for people in good physical, cardiovascular condition. The host was very communitive and helpful,
