“This was our THIRD time staying in this house and hopefully there will be many more visits. Bernadette is the BEST host. We have had a couple of requests/accommodations over our stays and she totally made it happen when she didn't NEED to...she's just awesome like that! The cleanliness of the house was great. Location is perfect. Everything in the house worked just fine (tv, appliances, hot water, etc.) My family can't wait to put this house on our calendar for the 2024 season!”

“Our family had a great time during our fall getaway. We loved the heated pool and hot tub on cool nights, star gazing from the rooftop deck, and taking the golf cart to the beach. The home is immaculate. The layout and all the deck space were great for spreading out. We had amazing experiences at both Jockey's Ridge and the lighthouse in Corolla and enjoyed eating and shopping at the Duck boardwalk.”

“My family and I had a great time staying here. We have 4 kids under 6 and my in laws went with us. It was plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed. The pool was awesome. Also, the beach closet was well stocked when we were there. We probably didn’t need to bring anything for the pool or beach since everything you needed was in there. Will visit again ❤️”

“I would definitely recommend Sandy Feet Retreat. It was so nice, after a long drive, to be greeted with a welcome basket full of goodies! The starter bag of paper towels and toilet paper was an added bonus. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Chris was very responsive with any questions we had. Would gladly stay here again.”

The pool was visible from all back decks. Drinking coffee every morning from the deck while watching the sunrise was epic! Loved our vacation with all 20 family members.”

“They so s a nice house with a smart layout. Very clean considering it is pet friendly. Sure some things could use a little updating but overall is in great shape and an awesome location just off the beach. Beach chairs and toys included made packing easier, the kitchen had tons of pots and dishes, way more than we have at home. Highly recommend if you're ok with a comfy home rather a modern brand new option.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay! The location was perfect. You can walk to beach, the sound and the pool. It was great to have an indoor pool on the days the weather wasn't so great. There was plenty of room for all of us. We had 5 adults and 4 kids ranging from ages 6-13. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need. They had beach chairs, umbrella, etc, that you could use. A short drive to Corolla and very close to their town in Duck.”

“Perfect house to get away with the extended family. We had 5 adults and 2 kids under 10, with plenty of room to spread out (and could easily have fit a few more adults/kids). Pool is a perfect size for relaxing for our size group, and the heater (extra charge) was clutch on what ended up being a chilly Mother's Day weekend. “The house sits right on top of the hill in the neighborhood so you have ocean views from the the deck as well as the living room and kitchen. Place had new floors out in since the pictures were taken. It is more than enough space for a family of 4 possibly even 5, especially with the out door areas. “We visited in April (technically off-season but great weather for a New Englander). The location was amazing - directly on the beach with gorgeous water views from the main living area. Close to the town of Duck (boardwalk was lovely) adjacent to the Sanderling Resort and a short drive to Corolla (wild horse tour, shopping, lighthouse etc.). “Great property to enjoy some time right by the beach! Little strange that no linens or items for the bathroom such as a foot mat or towels are included - you will need to bring all of that on your own. The unit could also use a deep clean as in numerous areas, it was incredibly dusty or I could see hair from previous stays. This was not a huge deal to us however as our stay was short and the host was helpful in allowing early check in.”

“We love this cozy condo property and come here every spring to enjoy the quiet offseason beach experience. Condo is great and perfect for a couple. The owners are super responsive and accomodating. The view is amazing! Highly recommend!”
