The villa offers very comfortable accommodation for 6+1 people in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a balcony or terrace, and 3 bathrooms. A sofa bed in the living room for a child and a baby cot are also available. The villa is fully air-conditioned with free Starlink Wi-Fi, an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor lounge with a gas grill, an outdoor kitchen, and a drinks fridge, as well as 5 free parking spaces on site. We offer an HD TV with Netflix, Alexa for music, a heated hot tub (year-round), an 8x4m heated private pool (Apr-Oct) with a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers, and panoramic views of the sea and the island of Brač from almost every corner.

The pool level offers a living area with TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a dining area with a panoramic glass door to the pool area, and access to the outdoor lounge. This level also includes one of the bathrooms with a toilet and shower, and the laundry room with a high-quality Bosch washer and dryer.

About the Surrounding Area
Boutique Villa Fay is an excellent choice if you dream of having your own villa for your vacation. The villa is located 500 meters above the coastal road and the beach in Mali Rat, and there are five private parking spaces directly in front of the villa. The villa is best reached by car or Uber/taxi, although we recommend having your own car or rental car available for your stay.

Mali Rat is located in a quiet area and offers stunning sea views. It is close to the nearby beaches in the area, as well as the UNESCO World Heritage cities of Split and Omiš. Almost the entire coastline consists of pebble beaches, while the stretch from Dugi Rat to Omiš is covered with sandy beaches. All amenities, such as restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, boat and jet ski rentals, and excursions are in the immediate vicinity.

The nearby small historic town of Omiš, with its Cetina River (5 km), offers a variety of activities, including rafting, ziplining, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking and biking trails, water activities, and, of course, many historical sights in the old town. You can take a boat tour on the Cetina River or to the islands and experience the very clean and warm Adriatic Sea, which is very inviting.

The famous city of Split is only a half-hour drive (20 km) away and, as a UNESCO World Heritage city, is a must-see with many historical sights, restaurants, bars, and clubs, as well as modern shopping malls.

The historic port town of Trogir is 45 minutes away, or the beautiful Krka Waterfalls are 1.5 hours away. Split Airport (SPU) is 35 km away. Excursions to Dubrovnik (approx. 3 hours) and the famous Mostar in Bosnia-Herzegovina (approx. 2 hours) are also worthwhile.
