We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. “The room was unbearably hot! No AC, no fan, no air movement and no way to control temperature. The shower head was broken. The neighborhood was great with lots of dining options. Some nice coffee options nearby. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This was a three night stay and served the purpose. One more night would have been one night too many however.”
