“It’s was good but not over the top”

“I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. Rooms could definitely use some new carpet as they were gross with stains everywhere. Living room chair was cut with big hole. Beds were fairly comfortable. Nice view of...

“The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun.”

“I loved it . The inky thing I didn't like was, some of the stuff were rood but most very nice. The rooms could be more modern. Everything is old the fridge, the oven the beds. People in the front desk was mostly nice and welcoming but not all. The noise out side with the band was annoying at some points. They play until 11pm and it's too loud. The beach was wonderful and clean. Loved it the most.”

“The hotel room layout was excellent! Normally, it’s just one space but this was separated into a sleeping space, full kitchen and living room with doors that closed between rooms. We have been to Myrtle Beach a lot and this was the best hotel we’ve stayed in.”

“The location of SeaWatch Resort is excellent and very convenient. The parking facility was also outstanding and made our stay much easier. Unfortunately, the rooms are not well maintained and need significant upgrades. The biggest disappointment was the staff service, which was slow and unhelpful throughout our stay. Ironically, the service from Walmart and DoorDash was far better than the customer service provided by the hotel staff. With better room maintenance and improved hospitality, this...

“Check in was flawless, breakfast was fantastic and staff were so kind. Room was nice and clean and amenities were perfect. This was my favorite hotel and we stayed at 5 different hotels. Highly recommend.”

“We (myself, wife, and 2 children) booked a room at this place for 1 night. About 10pm, the AC stopped working. After calling twice, the desk finally sent someone to look at the AC. The maintenance man showed up with no tools, and simply said he couldn't fix it. I called the front desk and was told there were no more rooms available but he could move me to a suite at another building. “We love it here! Will visit often”

“It was the worst experience I’ve ever had; I paid for a week but only stayed one day before leaving and cancelling the rest of the trip because the power in the entire suite would cut out every time I turned on the microwave. Now I’m waiting for a refund. If you have any other option, run away from the Caravelle Resort Tower.”
