“Ac sucked, wall trim was pulled away from wall in places and had rotten wood. Food crumbs under bed and tables. And black mold in the bathroom by the toilet and around the tub and on the roof”

“We originally stayed in room 205 and after enjoying the room for a night we woke up to ants crawling all around our room. They were all over the floor from the bathroom to the coffee machine and the counter tops. When I called the front desk, they said they have had a problem with ants in the past and with a few other guests so they moved us rooms. “Amazing stay! The ONLY thing i can think of was a bummer was that the pool was closed due to repairs or something (as pools always are somehow when you visit a hotel :D) With best western, you know what you will get!”

“We were pleasantly surprised the casino had rooms available on a Saturday night only. We chose to stay & check it out. We were very impressed with the size of the room. We loved the wall to wall bathroom counter. The built-in area for the micro & fridge with a mirror & overhead pot light is perfect! The bed was comfy.
