“Was a beautiful condo, lovely interiorly decorated, and quite spacious. Two small decks to sit out on. Nice view out onto Simond Ave. Very short walk to the restaurants, shops, parks, pools, golf in or adjacent to Mueller. Useful home base from which to operate for our 3 months in Austin. Our host was wonderful; very friendly and responsive. Would definitely like to rent this condo again next year during the winter if it is available.”

“Nice updated, stylish property with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The house could have been cleaner and had dog hair in the rug, trash under the beds and dust bunnies in the corners. Beyond that, would definitely stay again. Owner is nice, communicative and check in/out was easy. Ping pong in the garage was fun!!”

“The house was really nice. The view of downtown from the rooftop balcony was beautiful at night! The construction noise was not an issue since our stay was over a weekend, but, the construction debris around the area is something to be cautious about. Great close location for getting to the downtown scene. The only mishap we ran in to was, the freezer part of the fridge was iced shut, and we couldn't use it. All in all, the overall experience of this house was excellent. I will be coming back...

“Great base of operations for people who want neighborhood flavor and easy walking or biking around town. The apartment had everything we needed and the hosts were friendly and helpful. We would have been happy to stay longer,!”

“We had a tiny blip at the self checkin but it was cleared up pretty quickly by using the provided phone number. Otherwise a wonderful apartment in a great area. Lots to see and do on East 6th and great to have the full kitchen and laundry facilities available. ”
