“The view and stay was great! Will be back again”

We received our parking pass, but the parking spaces were extremely narrow and difficult to park in due to the limited space. “Horrible customer service and communication. Lack of hospitality and effective management. This includes Vacasa the property management to the poor customer service from Expedia. Highly disappointed with what was supposed to be a great birthday weekend stay. From cleanliness of room to horrible front desk info like wi-fi code and poor amenities in room like phone outlets to connect to. Would not stay here again.”

“Quality apartment, good hvac etc. salt and pepper are there which is nice. Pans are scratched teflon if that matters to you, but outside of that no issues. Kitchen had all supplies needed to cook”
