The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. “Beautiful home but would not stay here again without some maintenence issues adressed especially with kids. Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again...

"We had booked a standard room that turned out to be horrible with a motel vibe next to the parking lot, poor service and the large swimming pool was closed. As we had travelled with our baby and didn’t want to find a new hotel we decided to do an upgrade on the room, that was expensive (but plus for giving us a better price than online and helping out) but a completely different experience with nice view and amazing room and suddenly the service got much better. If you stay, don’t book a standard room or plan to not spend time in the room "
