Stort hus med veranda som ger kikar av Green Pond och leder in i ett vackert solrum med stor platt-TV och skjutdörr som leder till den stora trädgården med en tegel uteplats, utemöbler, grill och utomhusdusch. Inuti hittar du ett stort uppdaterat kök med rostfria vitvaror och matbord. Dessutom finns på 1: a våningen 2 vardagsrum, ett bra för ganska läsning eller ytterligare sovplats för gäster och en annan för att umgås med familj och vänner och titta på tv på en stor platt skärm. Ett sovrum och ett halvt badrum med tvättmaskin och torktumlare slutför första våningen. Andra våningen består av en stor master-svit med eget badrum. Det finns också ytterligare två sovrum som delar ett separat badrum. Alla rum har stora garderober och / eller byråer för extra förvaring.

Our family gathered at this property for a week in August and had a fantastic stay! The house was comfortable and roomy enough for all eleven of us. There was good-size kitchen that was well-stocked for gathering and cooking meals. This house has plenty of living area so children and adults could spread out and watch tv, play games, etc. We loved the large backyard! There was plenty of seating outside, and we enjoyed using the grill and eating outdoors. It was too windy most of the time for the fire pit, but the kids did get to roast marshmallows and make s'mores. The location is a short drive from downtown Falmouth and Mashpee, and Smitty's Ice Cream is very close by! Menauhant Beach is only a mile away. Emanuel, the owner, was very responsive to any communication from us. We all agreed that it was a spectacular week!Marianne

Lovely house

Very nice place, comfortable, spacious, etc. My only quibble, if you can call it that, is that I would have liked to be a little closer to the middle of Falmouth, but the description makes clear that it isn't, so no real complaint.

A week in East Falmouth

3 generations of family for 6 days and 7 nights. Comfortable beds and living room couches as well as great back yard. Excellently located one mile from Menauhant Beach. If you have issues with stairs, be aware that shower and tub are only in upstairs bathrooms. And if you have aged eyes, the kitchen lighting is challenging. Otherwise a great venue.

Family vacation

The house is beautiful and we loved the kitchen and enjoyed eating outside. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The house is close to beaches and close to town too. We loved the beautiful yard and our dogs loved it too. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. We had our adult children and a grandmother with us. It was a great family vacation and we would rent again!

Cute house

Sweet neighborhood in a good location. It was a very hot week, so we needed the A/C window units. House was well-equipped with beach chairs, toys, towels, and comfortable areas to eat and lounge. The kids loved the yard and hammock.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay with multi-generational family as there's lots of space to spread out. The backyard is lovely and large, great to enjoy a game of frisbee, or corn hole (we brought ours), but be aware that it's not fenced in fully so if you bring your dog bring a lead for them if they tend to wander (neighbors are super friendly about dogs though!). We also found a perfect pair of trees to hang our hammock with pre-drilled hardware we used. The bike rides and walks to the beach were super easy and quick and you have some options, including just over the bridge about 1/4 mile away. We did most of our cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed, but we brought our coffee press and our blender, which we did not see there. There is a coffee maker and a Keurig. Owners were very responsive.

Comfortable stay in Falmouth

We were 8 adults (Grandparents, parents, adult children) and a few friends thrown in to enjoy all the Cape had to offer. The house was roomy and accommodated all our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and the back yard was great for large dinners and the 2 dogs we brought. The location was great, near beaches, retail and with beautiful views of the inlet and ocean near by. Beds were a little firm, but overall a great stay.

Falmouth House

The house was lovely and roomy. It had all that we needed, as well as a nice, big backyard. The location was great, really nice, walkable neighborhoods and it was a quick 20 minute walk to Menahaunt beach. We were able to bring our dogs on vacation with us, which I so appreciate, and they loved being with us and going for walks. Emmanuel was very kind, checking in on us periodically to let us know he was there if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious home near the beach

We stayed here for a week in June before the summer season really kicked up. The house was perfect for our family and even had some extra space for friends to visit for a couple days. One caveat, guests are asked to take their own trash home with them. There is a dump in Falmouth that you can get rid of trash bags for $2.50 each if you don’t have room in the car (we didn’t). Beaches were a quick drive (3 parking lots available) and were small and clean, not incredibly crowded. Outdoor shower was so helpful when coming home from the beach as well. This was our second stay on the property and would stay again.

Spacious comfortable home

We vacationed with family and enjoyed the spacious home and yard. There was good parking. This is not "beach walkable" so you will need a sticker to park in the "town" beach parking lots. The neighborhood is quiet and has walking paths - sidewalks. The host was very good about communicating and addressing anything needed. We had a great time.

Falmouth Family Vacation

This spot was just perfect for us!! The house was very spacious and comfortable. We spend a lot of time in the back yard grilling and relaxing with or family and dogs. Beautiful beach vacation ☀️😊
