IT’S BEACH TIME, Home has everything & a fire pit, outdoor shower & sleeps 10

  • En dold pärla. Plats för alla i sällskapet. Parkering för 5 bilar. Rummen är större än de ser ut på bilderna. På övervåningen finns ett vardagsrum, en matplats som vetter mot en stor altan, ett kök, tre sovrum och ett komplett badrum. På nedervåningen finns ett stort rum där man kan koppla av, spela spel eller titta på TV. På denna våning finns också ett stort rum med två enkelsängar och en utdragbar säng. Det kompletta badrummet på denna våning är utrustat med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Menahaunt Beach ligger mindre än en och en halv mil bort. Det är 5 mil till Falmouth Harbour med färjor till Martha’s Vineyard. Huset ligger cirka 3 mil från andra stränder och nära Falmouths centrum med massor av restauranger, butiker och till och med en karusell! Huset ligger vid cykelvägen som leder till det historiska Woods Hole och har en vidsträckt bakgård där man kan leka eller koppla av vid eldstaden. Kuddar, täcken, sängkläder och badhanddukar ingår.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in and the location was great. Plenty of room for multiple generations or a larger family. The kitchen was well-equipped and we very much appreciated the extra beach chairs. The communication with Claire was clear and friendly and she was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location for easy access

I enjoyed my stay and the neighborhood is really cool they also had marathon seen a lot of commotion in a good ways

Two families stayed here- great location and lots of beds for everyone. Easy access to ponds, beach and towns. The house didn’t have a ton of amenities and wouldn’t be good for someone sensitive to smoke.

The house is right in the middle of a great, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of indoor space and the deck and yard were great! Just a couple minute drive to the nearest beach and great access to everything else on Cape Cod. We cooked there several times and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great place for family getaway

The house is fantastic very spacious and comfortable with made our stay very pleasant also the backyard is great with a fire pit it was a blast for the kids, the beach it’s only a short drive away so is the grocery store and everything that you may need as far as food and essentials for the stay, the host was awesome very easy to work with always with a quick response to any of our questions, we very happy with our overall experience and definitely looking forward to rent the place again when we have a chance.

Home in Falmouth

The property was as listed. We loved the large deck and even though we were on a main road the back yard gave a lot of privacy. The central ac work excellent. Beaches, play grounds, restaurants, and stores were 15-25 min away. Lots of room for 7 adults and 3 children under 5 allowing use to move around comfortably. We very much enjoyed this house.

Delight

We had a wonderful long weekend celebrating my wife’s 65th. There was plenty of room for the five of us. The house was close to everything. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit. The house well stocked. Across the street at the end of the block is a nice view of the water.

Road race

The house was perfect for us plenty of room. Everything was really clean. Loved looking at all the old Pictures and knickknacks that reminded me of my mother. Everything was there that we needed family ran the road race and it was perfect getting to and from wherever we needed to be great deck go back just to hang and relax. Outside shower, which everybody loved we definitely would be back to rent again

A true hidden gem

The entire booking process and overall stay was absolutely fantastic. We were three generations there. My siblings and I, together with our children took our mom there for vacation. The booking process was seamless, and the owner almost immediately responded and confirmed the reservation. Upon getting there, we were pleasantly surprised. The house is much bigger than the pictures depict. And better. The teenagers were excited as they had the entire lower floor. And the rest of us had room to spare. Bedrooms are spacious enough, bathrooms are clean, water pressure is great, enough room for 10 having meals together on the dining area and outdoor seating on the deck. Too much to list. Will definitely repeat.
