“If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!”

“Overall the room needs to be completely remodeled. The shower had cracks that were just glued together. The headboards of the bed was peeling. Even though it's complementary breakfast it's the same thing everyday. The bedsheets had holes and the list goes on and on. Wouldn't recommend this place.”

“Cassondra was a great front desk staff.She was really nice and even changed my room so I could be close to other family members that were staying there. Even made coffee in the evening when I asked since the rooms do not come with microwave or coffee makers. But it does come with a refrigerator. “Pros: The staff was fantastic and the property was clean and well maintained. There is also a small store for extras like drinks and pain meds. The hotel is also walking distance to several restaurants. Cons: Unfortunately we didn't sleep well because the beds are extremely firm. Breakfast is not included.
