“This is a hotel property in decline, simple as that. The thing is they all seem to be relatively easy fixes, if they just cared to make them. The first thing I noticed was the deteriorated and sticky TV remote, it was truly disgusting. (I requested a new one from the front counter, and the guy gave me one that looked almost new, but that's not the point.) The coating on our tub was also clearly coming off. Of course only certain electric outlets worked, but I find that to be true in a lot...

“This property was very run down. All the furniture was in desperate need of replacing. Strong bleach smell when we arrived. Red flag. Trash all over the room and an empty food container left tucked under our bed with old food still in it. Talked to the GM but he did not offer a discount or refund, he just simply asked if I wanted to stay or not. Would not recommend.”

“The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. I slipped and bruised my shin pretty bad while trying to get in the shower. So, be very careful when getting in the shower! Also, we stayed three nights, and the second morning while we were trying to get dressed for our grandson’s graduation, all the lights in our room went...

“My family and I enjoyed our stay at Spark By Hilton. The hotel is on the smaller side, but very well maintained. The hotel is clean and so are the rooms. The room had a nice fragrant smell on entry, and didn’t smell stale at all. The restrooms was clean, had sliding shower doors, and were stocked with multiple towels. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, coffee, etc and was perfect if you are on the go! Overall, my stay was great.”
